Calling all Diocese of Richmond performers! Catholic Fest hopes to highlight a variety of talents from across the Diocese. We are looking for three types of performances:

• Individuals: This includes things like solo singer/guitar artist, comedians, etc.

• Groups: This includes things like a garage band, an Irish dance troupe, etc.

• Parish/School Sponsored Group: This includes things like the children's choir at a church, a school's jazz ensemble, etc. 

Performances do not need to be Catholic in content, but they do need to be appropriate for all ages. Performances will be scheduled to happen throughout the day between 11am and 7:45pm, with breaks when programming is happening on the main field stage. Depending on the variety of applications we receive, slots will be between 5min and 30min in length. This is an unpaid opportunity – we hope to highlight a variety of talents, both amateur and professional.

Please complete the application in full for consideration to be on the concourse stage. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications MUST be received by Tuesday, July 15, 2025. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your application. All applications will be reviewed by our Catholic Fest committee. Performers will be notified by August 15, 2025 if they have been accepted. Please note, we have a limited number of performer positions available.
